The majority of participants belong to a female group, 25-54 years old, the nursing profession, masters degree education, more than ten years of work experience. Most participants strongly agreed to treat elderly patients happily; the majority agreed with the questions (inform patients about benefits and risks, happy with working conditions, dealing with ICU patients, rely on superior's advice). Team coordination, planning, and implementing treatment and procedures, reporting adverse events needed to handle the situation.
